1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AirCrew24 ("the App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AirCrew24 is a professional digital pilot logbook application that provides:

  • Digital flight hour recording and tracking
  • Pilot currency management and alerts
  • Multi-device synchronization via iCloud
  • Flight data export capabilities (PDF, CSV)
  • Offline functionality with local data storage
  • Custom field creation for personalized tracking

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using AirCrew24, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 13 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Remain inactive for extended periods

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

AirCrew24 offers subscription-based access:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the current rate
  • Annual Plan: Billed annually at a discounted rate
  • Free Trial: May be offered at our discretion

5.2 Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Prices are in AED and subject to local taxes
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all flight data and content you input into AirCrew24. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and backup your data
  • Sync your data across your devices
  • Process your data to provide Service features

6.2 Accuracy of Data

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all flight data entered
  • Maintaining official pilot logbooks as required by aviation authorities
  • Compliance with all applicable aviation regulations
  • Verifying currency calculations meet regulatory requirements

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit false or misleading flight information
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to violate aviation regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by AirCrew24 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of AirCrew24 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Third-Party Services

AirCrew24 integrates with third-party services including:

  • Apple iCloud: For data synchronization
  • Firebase: For authentication services
  • Sign in with Apple: For authentication

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Aviation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • AirCrew24 is a supplementary tool and does NOT replace official pilot logbooks
  • Currency calculations are provided for reference only
  • Always verify compliance with your local aviation authority requirements
  • We are not responsible for regulatory compliance

10.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Calculations will be 100% accurate in all scenarios
  • The Service will meet all regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRCREW24 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Regulatory violations resulting from app use
  • Errors in flight calculations or currency tracking

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirCrew24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your flight data or content
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any feature of the Service
  • Change subscription prices with notice
  • Limit certain features to specific subscription tiers
  • Introduce new features or services

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be filed in the courts located in Dubai, UAE.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiations between parties
  2. Mediation, if negotiations fail
  3. Binding arbitration under UAE law, if mediation fails

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email to registered users
  • Updated "Last updated" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and AirCrew24 regarding the use of the Service.

20. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access the Service through an Apple device:

  • These Terms are between you and AirCrew24 only, not Apple
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
  • Apple is not responsible for any product claims
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce these Terms
